LaViaz was founded in the fall of 2007 by Ron Blaisdell and Steve Pieper, IT veterans who were convinced that mobile technology, particularly multimedia capable technology, was on track to be the next great "must have" component for lifestyle satisfaction and business communication.
Developing their vision for a mobile broadcast delivery platform, and knowing that the medium was highly personal, they felt that their products should be designed to operate on devices that offered the highest potential for user appeal. The introduction of the Apple iPhone, and the response to that introduction, made their selection of Apple as their vendor partner of choice an easy decision.
Over a period of about twelve months, an experienced and highly skilled team was recruited, research was done, development was initiated, and our base product MobileView™ was developed.
